La Coudraie is installed in a historic building from 1920. Initially built by the Compagnie du chemin de fer Métropolitain de Paris, the building became "La villa du Métro" in the 1950s, a vacation site for RATP employees, before being abandoned in the 1980s. t was in 2017 that the current owners embarked on the rehabilitation of the place, to make it an exceptional place conducive to nature business seminars or weddings.

For your professional events, have a capacity of 47 beds at the gates of Paris, with dedicated meeting spaces, including a 50 m² seminar room with a modern projection screen.
