well located hotel to discover the beautiful Alpilles area.. There are 
21 rooms on a 5 hectares site. This quite place is appropriate to regain
 energy. You ‘ll find 3 restaurants including 1 starred in Michelin 
guide, whose chef is the well known Christophe Chivola.Compost, a 
hen house, beehives, and the use of natural fertilizers made from black 
soap and plants, complete the efforts to make this eco friendly hotel.&nbsp;&nbsp;

A project committed to 

Behind this project to make sustainable tourism accessible to all is my partner Clément and me, Anne. We are 2 travelers thirsty of discoveries who try to reduce our ecological impact in our daily life and during our travels. It is in this paradisiacal setting that we realized that our best travel memories are almost always linked to eco-responsible accommodations, held by committed hosts who share our values. Only, they are not so easy to find!

The idea of this platform was born on a beach in Cambodia, in the middle of January, under the sun of South East Asia.

As its name suggests, the tourist establishment offers you an immersion in the universe of the author Jules Verne, through the decoration and the little attentions.
