In 2022, the Grand-Est region launched a call for projects to encourage sustainable tourism actors to set up their activity in one of the region's areas. Behind this initiative lies a desire to reinstate eastern France as a local destination oriented towards regional and sustainable tourism.
Encouraging actors who rely on short circuits and promote the discovery of nature, animals and the preservation of biodiversity: this is the challenge launched by the region.

- The Meuse by bike, which follows the entire length of the European river. On the French side, the route starts in Langres, the source of the river, and runs north to the Ardennes.
