Casa d'Augusta offers you 8 double suites distributed in 3 independent buildings:

  • Loja dos Vitelos. This house has a double bedroom, a small space with a bunk bed for children and a living room with kitchen;
  • Palheiro House. This building offers beautiful openings to the outside in its living room on the first floor. On the second floor, 2 suites with a double bed and a single bed await you;
  • Casa da Abadia. In the largest of the 3 houses, discover 5 suites for 2 people, a spacious living room with a large piano and a warm atmosphere to welcome your whole family!

It is possible to rent the whole house or each suite separately. Each of the 3 buildings has a living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen.

For your comfort, homemade breakfast is brought to you every morning.

From abbey house to agritourism place

First mentioned in the 13th century as belonging to the abbey of Vila Cha, which employed labor for livestock and agriculture, Casa d'Augusta has remained rooted in its agricultural past.

Today, the estate has become a place of vacation and meetings around the good practices of agritourism. The vegetable garden and orchards are still cultivated with the ancestral techniques of permaculture. Casa d'Augusta has even been awarded the Biosphere Committed Portugal certification.

A relaxing environment to recharge your batteries

In the summer, enjoy the outdoor pool to relax and recharge your batteries after a great day of sightseeing. Young and old alike will love meeting the farm animals : ducks, chickens, 2 donkeys, a dog and a cat live at Casa d'Augusta.
