• Local food and permaculture are in the spotlight with Kevin, permaculturist market gardener, who experiments with different models of vegetable gardens. He will be happy to show you his work during a weekend training course;

• A participative grocery store is installed in the farm buildings of the castle: L'épiSery du Bouillon opens its doors every Saturday morning from 10 to 12. Animated by volunteers, its objective is to propose via an online platform products from local production but also to recreate small spaces of proximity, solidarity and exchanges.
