Between preserved medieval cities, astonishing caves and exceptional natural sites, the department knows how to answer all your travel desires. Cahors is more than a village, it is the prefecture of the department of the Lot! But it is above all a pretty city which is worth the detour and which constitutes a good starting point for your stay.

By bus, car or bicycle, follow the banks of the Lot from Cahors and head for Saint-Cirq-Lapopie. In this medieval village, time seems to have stopped a long time ago!
